The Addie Beam is designed to look and feel like a competition beam while staying low, stable, and approachable for young gymnasts. Its synthetic suede surface has a soft, smooth feel that helps athletes learn proper hand and foot placement for skills, drills, turns, jumps, and beam basics.

The curved sides and rounded corners mimic the shape of a competition beam, giving gymnasts a familiar training surface without the height of a full competition beam. The hollow wood core, shock-absorbing foam, and standard feet help create a stable training station for home, preschool, and gym environments.

Choose from two useful lengths:
• 4’ Addie Beam — Great for stations, beginner drills, beam complexes, and compact training spaces.
• 8’ Addie Beam — Gives athletes a longer training surface while still staying low to the floor.

Connector bracket note:
The Addie Beam Connector Bracket can connect one 4’ Addie Beam and one 8’ Addie Beam to create a 12’ beam setup. Two 8’ Addie Beams can also be connected to create a 16’ beam setup. When using the connector bracket, do not use Addie Beam Leg Risers. Connected beams must sit at floor level using the regular feet.
