Clever pad invented by Neil Resnick provides a padded obstacle to keep gymnast’s hips away from bar when developing and practicing clear hips.
Use with two people–one works bar while other (either coach or another gymnast on recovery time) adjusts pad from pike to clear hip position.
Fits snugly around standard 1.5″ diameter rail and fastens securely with velcro closure.
Covered with 18oz coated vinyl fabric. Made in USA.
