Plyo Blocks provide a great plyometrics training platform by expertly combining superior stability, durability and portability. Blocks consist of solid foam (2″ layers of resilient crosslink on top and bottom of a firm polystyrene core) covered with our tough vinyl. All blocks are 30″ long x 24″ wide and include 2″ velcro flaps on long sides for secure stacking. We offer four individual heights (6″, 12″, 18″ and 24″) as well as a deluxe set consisting of one block of each size. Standard color is red with black top and bottom.
