Made of sturdy steel with a 1.5” wooden bar that extends an additional 18” from the attachment point. Build strength at the highest setting with pull ups and leg lifts. Lower the bar for push ups, handstands and more!

Not all stall bars have the same rung spacing or rung diameter so measure your system carefully if you intend to use these with stall bars other than the Tumbl Trak Performance Stall Bars. Rung spacing from center of one rung to another must be exactly 8.5” for an accurate fit and rung diameter must be 1.5-inches.
The hook system has a thin padding to protect wooden rungs. Check the padding periodically for wear and tear to ensure it is still providing protection for your rungs.
Yes, we recommend no more than 150 lbs.
